Partners
Partner-led. Built around your business.

Questions
Straight answers.
Who do you work with?
Owners of private companies with $2M to $100M in revenue who want senior financial leadership in the business, week to week, without hiring a full-time CFO.
What does a fractional CFO actually do for us?
The work a CFO does, for part of the week: the forecast, cash, reporting you can rely on, pricing and margins, and the conversations with your lender, board or a buyer. A partner leads the work and stays in it.
How do you charge?
A monthly fee for ongoing work, set out in a written scope before anything starts. Setup work at the start can be a one-time fee. There is no long-term contract: it runs month to month, and either side can end it with 90 days' written notice.
Do you replace our accountant or tax preparer?
No. We work alongside them. Your bookkeeper or controller keeps the books, your tax preparer keeps the returns, and we use those numbers to plan and decide. If the books need cleanup first, we do that too.
What happens in the first two weeks?
A kickoff call with your leadership team in the first week. Then one list from us with everything we need, short calls with key people, and a visit if you're local. By the end of week two you get a written first draft of the plan, and we walk you through it.
How do we start?
Answer the ten-minute intake, then book a call with a partner. We respond within one business day.
